This film follows a band of Tamil and Vedda pilgrims as they make their way from temple to temple on this two month foot pilgrimage. "The Upsetter" begins in rural Jamaica, probing into Perry's mysterious youth as well as the notrious events of his peak music production years in Kingston in which Scratch mentored a young Bob Marley, created the sound of Reggae, pioneered the Dub genre and invented what was to become "the remix," all while working out of the infamous Black Ark Studio that Lee built himself and subsequently destroyed on his own accord. www.theupsettermovie.com
